1 · Repeat-infringer policy
Users who receive three (3) substantiated DMCA notices within any 12-month period have their account terminated and their content removed from the DSP distribution queue.
2 · How to submit a takedown notice (17 USC §512(c)(3))
Send an email to dmca@mastersglobalinc.com — or use the in-app form at Settings → Report Copyright Infringement — that includes ALL of the following:
1. A physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
3. Identification of the material to be removed and the URL where it appears on Trinity.
4. Your contact information.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
We aim to disable access within 48 hours of a compliant notice.
3 · Counter-notice (17 USC §512(g))
If your content was taken down and you believe this was in error, submit a counter-notice with the same six elements plus:
- Your consent to jurisdiction in the US District Court for the district where you reside.
- Your consent to service of process from the claimant.
If the claimant does not sue you within 10 business days, the content is restored.
4 · Trinity's proactive filtering
Trinity does not allow uploads of copyrighted third-party masters. Every user prompt passes through:
- Word-boundary artist-name filter (
moderation.py) - IP-safe LLM prompt scrubber that strips artist / song references before dispatching to the LLM
- Post-generation lyric scrubber that redacts leaked artist tokens
This constitutes our "best-effort" obligation under EU Copyright Directive Art 17.
