Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: 2026-08-27

Trinity Studio is a creative tool. You keep your content. In exchange, you agree not to use Trinity for any of the following. Violations lead to warnings, account suspension, or permanent termination — depending on severity and repeat status.

Absolutely prohibited (immediate termination)

  • CSAM — content sexualising or exploiting anyone under 18. Reported to NCMEC immediately.
  • Non-consensual sexual deepfakes, including of real people whose likeness you did not license.
  • Real-person voice cloning without documented consent from the person whose voice is cloned. This explicitly includes, without limitation:

- Impersonating an authority figure (police, bank, government official, employer) to deceive a third party.

- Domestic abuse or coercive control — using a cloned voice to intimidate, stalk, or control a current or former partner/family member.

- Deceiving children or vulnerable adults, including "grandparent scam" style calls.

- Financial fraud — voice-phishing, fake ransom/emergency calls, or authorising a payment by impersonation.

  • Doxing — publishing anyone's private personal information.
  • Harassment / hate speech — content targeting a protected class with slurs, dehumanisation, or violent language.
  • Terrorist or extremist recruitment content.
  • Instructions for weapons of mass destruction, biological/chemical weapons, or explosives.
  • Evading Trinity's safety filters — including jailbreaking prompts, filter-bypass tokens, or misuse of the Style Transfer consent flag.

Prohibited (warning → suspension)

  • Copyright infringement — using another artist's lyrics, master recordings, or protected samples.
  • Impersonation of a public figure or brand for the purpose of misleading listeners.
  • Fraudulent monetisation — uploading generated content to a DSP under someone else's artist profile.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting support.
  • Reselling API access to bypass rate limits or tier ceilings.
  • Automated scraping of the platform.

Content guidance for kids-view

Content generated while a family-plan child seat is active must additionally avoid:

  • Profanity (blocked by kid-safe filter).
  • Drug, alcohol, or weapon references.
  • Sexual innuendo, romantic explicit content.
  • Gambling.

Reporting abuse

Email abuse@mastersglobalinc.com or use Settings → Report a safety concern.

Response SLA

  • 24 hours — Voice Lab deepfake/impersonation harm, CSAM, or any report involving a minor or vulnerable adult.
  • 72 hours (3 business days) — all other reports, including cultural-content feedback.

What happens after you report

1. A named Trust & Safety reviewer triages the report against the SLA above (tracked with a deadline on every report, not just "best effort").

2. Evidence (the flagged generation, voice clone metadata, consent record) is preserved — never deleted while a report is open.

3. Confirmed violations lead to account suspension or termination per the ladder above.

4. Where the harm may be criminal (CSAM, coercive control, fraud), we refer to the appropriate authority: NCMEC CyberTipline (US, CSAM), the UK Internet Watch Foundation / National Crime Agency, or the reporter's local law enforcement, and preserve evidence for that referral.
